Description
The Buddhist Pedagogy is one of the first to discuss the method and practices of the Buddhist teachings for the interpretation and comprehension of the scholarly and complex concepts to arrive at the original meaning of a text. Besides, the critics consider it to be a Guide Book for a translator for its succinct presentation of sixteen modes of communications or Hara-s; six kinds of syntactic and six kinds of semantic analyses; and five Naya-s or Guiding Principles to arrive at the original meaning of the text. In this sense the book may be regarded a as the Guide Book for the translators from Pali to any other language.
